4. Can I unbond (unstake) my BTC at any time?
You may unstake before the 64,000-block (~15 months) expiration window closes. An on-chain unstaking period of 1,008 Bitcoin blocks (~7 days) precedes BTC redemption.
5. Are Hex Safe Vaults linked to the points earned?
Your Babylon points are directly linked to your Hex Safe Vault.
6. Is there any systemic risk to the principal?

Slashing & Risk Mitigation¶
10. Does slashing exist on Babylon?
Phase-1 excluded slashing, but "Phase-2 of Babylon introduces slashing" as part of the staking mechanism. Consult the Babylon documentation for details.
11. How can my assets be slashed on Babylon?
Slashing occurs when a delegated Finality Provider violates protocol rules—for example, double-signing blocks. Delegated stakes, including yours, may face slashing penalties. See Babylon documentation for specifics.
