Step by step guide on how to set up your Hex Safe account

Setup Steps

1. After completing onboarding, you'll receive an email titled 'Welcome to Hex Safe'. Click the 'Get started with Hex Safe' button to begin account setup.

ℹ️ Your account becomes fully usable once setup is complete. You have 72 hours from the email to finish the process.

ℹ️ Have a mobile device ready before proceeding.

1. On Hex Safe, you'll see a welcome screen. Click "Get started now" to proceed.

2. You'll be prompted to create a password for your Hex Safe account.

ℹ️ Use a strong password with a mix of alphanumeric characters and special characters, minimum 8 characters long.

1. Next, set up Two-factor Authentication.

2. Download the Google Authenticator mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. Scan the QR code to import your Hex Safe account access code to Google Authenticator. You'll use these generated codes to log in.

4. After scanning the QR code, you've completed Two-factor Authentication setup.

Completion

Congratulations! Your first-time account setup is complete. Click "Log in now" and use your username, the password you created, and the 2FA code from Google Authenticator to access your account.
