Settlement¶

Settlement refers to the process of finalizing a trade, ensuring that the bought and sold assets are correctly transferred between parties. Hex Trust provides a secure and efficient settlement process for all trades conducted on the platform.

Settlement Cut Off Time¶

"Settlement cutoff is at 14:00 UTC+8." If you require an ad-hoc settlement for your trades, please contact clients@hextrust.com.

How Trades are Settled¶

Trades are settled through:

Settlement Out Transaction: Initiated by Hex Trust to collect the sold assets.
Settlement In Transaction: Initiated by Hex Trust to deliver the bought assets.

Finding Trade Settlement History & their Status¶

You can find the settlement status of each trade in the Settlement History page under the "Prime" tab on the sidebar.
