What is a Trading Vault?

A Trading Vault functions as a multi-chain wallet for assets you intend to trade. Each vault has its own unique deposit address, and you may create multiple vaults as needed.

What happens after my order is filled?

1. Balance Update: The traded amount will be reflected in your Tradable Balance.
2. Trade Confirmation: You will receive a trade confirmation email from Hex Trust. Trades are settled on a T+1 timetable. If the confirmation does not match your records, notify us promptly at clients@hextrust.com.

Where do I find the order status?

Your order status is available under the "Order History" tab in the trading portal.

Can I exceed trading limits?

The e-trading platform supports trades up to a certain size. For larger orders or unsupported order types, contact markets@hextrust.com or clients@hextrust.com.
