How to use the transactions page to view your transaction history.
Reading Your Transactions¶
Transaction Types:
- Transfer In
- Transfer Out
- Contract Interaction
- Contract Deployment
- Signature Request
- Opt-In
Processing Steps for Each Transaction Type¶
Different transaction types follow distinct workflows:
Transfer In: Receiving (Network Confirming and Internal Review) → Completed
Transfer Out, Contract Interaction, Contract Deployment, Opt-in: Initiated → Internal Review → Pending Approval → Signing → Broadcasting → Network Confirming → Completed
Signature Request: Initiated → Pending Approval → Signing → Completed
You can download a CSV file of your transaction history filtered by your preferences.
Accessing the Transactions Page¶
The Transactions page provides "a consolidated overview of all your past transactions involving the Vaults of your Enterprise." Access it via the Navigation Bar on the left.
Filter transactions by: - Vaults and Transaction Types - Assets (Tokens or NFTs) - Sources (native platform, Hex Trust Operations team, or MetaMask Institutional) - Transaction Status (see detailed explanations below) - Date range
Transaction Status Explanations¶
- Initiated: User-actioned transactions logged by the platform
- Internal Review: Undergoing Know Your Transactions (KYT) checks for AML/CFT controls
- Receiving: Blockchain network confirmation followed by Internal Review
- Processing: Various processing stages; no action required
- Pending Approval: Requires Approver user role action (approve/reject)
- Signing: Blockchain interactions including identity verification, token approvals, or dApp permissions
- Broadcasting: Being transmitted to the blockchain network
- Network Confirming: Blockchain verification through confirmations
- Completed: Successfully processed and sent to blockchain
- Frozen: At Internal Review stage; requires additional information
- Declined: Unable to progress due to KYT checks
- Failed: Failed or cancelled by user; contact support if unexpected
