Reset or change your password

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.

Click the highlighted area on each screen to move through the steps. All names, balances and addresses are demo data.

1. On the Hex Safe sign-in page, click Forgot Password?
2. Enter the email address you use for Hex Safe and click Send reset password link. If you're asked for a verification code, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
3. Open the email from Hex Safe and click Reset Password.
4. A new browser page opens. Enter your new password.
5. Confirm with the 6-digit verification code from your Hex Safe Mobile App.

Change your password while signed in

1. Open the menu under your name and click Settings.
2. On the Security tab, next to Change Password, click Change now.
