Move Hex Safe to a new phone

Your Hex Safe Mobile App confirms and approves your actions, so it's paired to one phone. To move to a new phone, unpair the old one, then pair the new one.

I still have my old phoneI've lost my old phone

1. Sign in to Hex Safe on the web and go to Settings › Security.
2. Next to Hex Safe Mobile App, click Unpair Now.
3. Read the warning and click Unpair Now again. You can no longer sign in to the mobile app on the old phone.
4. Install the Hex Safe Mobile App on your new phone and pair it. See Hex Safe Mobile App.

Ask an Admin or Admin Approver in your enterprise to reset your 2FA. Then pair your new phone. See User roles.
