To find detailed information about all your transactions, click the History section. The History page is then further divided into four parts:
- Incoming - this is where you can find the history of all incoming transactions to the account.
- Deposit Request - this is where the history and status for all initiated deposit requests can be found.
- Withdrawal - this is your history and status for all initiated withdrawal requests.
- Staking - this feature is turned on for clients that have subscribed to our Financial Services functionality. Please contact support@hextrust.com for more information about our financing products.
You can filter the History page by Account, Wallet, Asset, or Date. If transaction history is needed for the user's own records, it can be downloaded as a CSV file.
You can find information, such as the asset’s address, transaction hash, requested amount and the transaction status in the Details tab under the Action column:
