How can I stake assets on Hex Safe?
If staking has been enabled for your account, a label called Financial Services will be shown in the main menu. Here is where you can manage your staking activity.
To start staking follow the steps:
- Click on the Stake label;
- Choose the blockchain you wish to stake on;
- Choose one of the validators from the list;
- Click on the Stake button on the right-hand side;
- Select the relevant Account, Asset, Wallet and Amount you wish to stake;
- Input 2FA code and initiate the staking transaction. Kindly note that a staking transaction will follow the regular withdrawal process.

How can I Restake and Unstake?
If after evaluating parameters of different validators, such as returns, commissions and voting power, you decide to switch to another validator, you may initiate restaking. Restaking is a procedure of changing the validator for the staked amount of tokens. It requires the same amount of staked tokens and a small amount of tokens unstaked to pay for the fee. It is possible to restake up to the full amount that has been staked previously.
Unstaking will freeze the assets for 21 days. During this period the assets will not be available for transactions.

How can I claim my rewards?
Rewards are incoming transactions that can be paid out in different currencies.
In order to claim rewards click on the Claim Rewards button of your Open Positions page within Financial Services.
After the claim transaction gets broadcasted to the blockchain the reward will be distributed to your account via separate transactions.
