      How can I change my password in Hex Safe?

      To change your password, follow the steps below:

      • Click on your profile name on the top right corner of the screen; 
      • From the dropdown menu select Settings;
      • Scroll down to Change your password;
      • Insert your current password and then type twice the new password;
      • Input the 2FA code and click on Confirm.

      Important: Your password must meet the following criteria:

      • use at least 8 characters;
      • mix letters and numbers;
      • mix lower and uppercase;
      • use special characters, allowed only: !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~;
      • doesn't match the last 10 passwords.
