$EXFI tokens were airdropped by Flare Finance to all holders of Songbird ($SGB) and Wrapped Songbird ($WSGB). Information about Songbird can be found here.
Flare Finance launched Experimental Finance (ExFi) “Phase 1”, which includes FlareLoans, the decentralized USD-pegged stable coin minting protocol that will allow holders of $SGB to participate in minting the on-chain stable coin, Canary Dollar ($CAND). $EXFI token will be used in various ways across the ExFi Platform, enabling users to farm for yield in the form of $SFIN on FlareFarm, create $CAND on FlareLoans (which can optionally be used to farm more $SFIN), as well as purchase NFT’s and participate in auctions on FlareDrop.
