How do I deposit digital assets to Hex Safe?

Depositing on Hex Safe does not vary depending on your specific wallet type.

Follow the steps below:

Click the Deposit tab;
Choose the Deposit Account;
Select the Asset you wish to deposit. Please be mindful of the asset network choice: ensure the asset is being sent on the blockchain network supported by Hex Safe.
If assets are sent using the wrong network there is a very high chance to lose the funds.
Select the Wallet where you wish to deposit to (if you only have one wallet, it will automatically be selected);
Click Show QR Code or Copy Address and share with the sender of the assets.

Important:

Each deposit address is specific to the digital asset that is being deposited.
Do not deposit digital assets other than the asset shown and associated with the deposit address, or the funds will be lost.
Unless you are using a deposit request, the deposit address associated with the specific asset remains the same and can be reused.
