      Adding a new wallet to an Hex Safe sub-account.

      To add a new wallet, at least one of the authorized signatories of the Hex Safe account must send a written request to support@hextrust.com including the following details:

      • Hex Safe sub-account name
      • Daily withdrawal limit in USD
      • Withdrawal approval scheme 
      • Type of wallet (Cold, ZeroKey) 
       

      For ZeroKey wallet, please specify:

      • Withdrawal release scheme 
      • Full names of Yubikey holders/users with the Operator role
      • Operators’ preferred Yubikey (Standard USB or USB-C)
      • Shipping address for the Yubikeys

      Our team will notify you as soon as the wallet is set up.
