How can I add a user to an Hex Safe account?

To add a new user, at least one of the Authorized Signatories of the Hex Safe account must send a written request to support@hextrust.com including the following user details:

  • Full name;
  • Hex Safe Account where the user is to be added; 
  • Email address;
  • Phone number — only needed for users with Approver role ;
  • Authy ID from the same device as phone number, only for users with the Approver role;
  • User Roles.

Once set up, the new user will receive a Welcome email providing  access to the account. 

  
Important: it is currently not possible to add users with the Operator role to an existing ZeroKey wallet. Differently, an existing Operator role can be reassigned to a different person. Contact us at support@hextrust.com for further information.
