What is a Trading Vault?

A Trading Vault is a comprehensive structure that holds your Trading Accounts. Each vault can have multiple Trading Accounts or just one, depending on your needs.

What is a Trading Account?

A Trading Account is a specialized account within a Trading Vault designed for holding assets specifically for trading. Each Trading Account has its own unique deposit address, allowing for precise management and tracking of assets.

What happens after my order is filled?

  1. Balance Update: The traded amount will be reflected in your Tradable Balance.
  2. Trade Confirmation: You will receive a trade confirmation email from Hex Trust. Trades are settled as per a T+1 timetable. If the confirmation does not match your records, notify us promptly at clients@hextrust.com.

Where do I find the order status?

You can find your order status under the “Order History” tab in the trading portal.

Can I exceed trading limits?

Our e-trading platform supports trades up to a certain size. For larger orders or unsupported Order Types, please contact us at markets@hextrust.com or clients@hextrust.com.
