This guide will detail how Hex Safe empowers you to identify and manage suspicious NFTs, safeguarding your digital assets.
Two Lines of Defense:
- Automated Suspicious NFT Detection: Our system constantly scans and flags NFTs that exhibit suspicious characteristics, providing an additional layer of security.
- User-Flagged Suspicious NFTs: You also have the ability to manually flag NFTs that raise concerns, granting you more control over your collection.
Flagging Suspicious NFTs:
If you encounter an NFT that seems questionable, you can easily mark it as suspicious:
- Access NFT Collection: Navigate to the specific account holding the NFT collection. Click on the "NFTs" tab to view your collection.
- Identify the NFT: Locate the specific NFT you suspect to be fraudulent.
- Flag as Suspicious: Click on the "..." button next to the NFT. From the dropdown menu, select "Suspicious".
- Confirm Action: A confirmation window will appear. Carefully review the action and click on "Mark as suspicious" to proceed.
Important Note: When you flag an NFT as suspicious, the entire collection to which the NFT belongs will also be hidden and considered suspicious.
Unhiding NFTs:
You have the option to unhide NFTs that you previously flagged as suspicious:
- Access NFT Collection: Go to the specific account and click on the "NFTs" tab to view your collection.
- Show Hidden NFTs: Click on the option labeled "Show hidden NFTs". This will display all NFTs you've marked as suspicious.
- Locate the NFT: Find the specific NFT you want to unhide from the list.
- Unhide the NFT: Click on the "..." button next to the NFT. From the dropdown menu, select "Not suspicious".
- Confirm Action: A confirmation window will appear. Click on "Mark as not suspicious" to confirm and unhide the NFT.
Important Note: You can only unhide NFTs that you yourself flagged as suspicious. NFTs automatically detected by the system as suspicious cannot be unhidden to ensure maximum protection.
