The Dashboard is your all-in-one overview of your Enterprise, Safe Accounts and Wallets. After logging into your Hex Safe v2 account, this is the first screen you will see - the Accounts section - which displays balances of all accounts (Account View) and assets (Asset View).
Accounts
Account View
The Account View is a consolidated overview of all your Enterprise’s Safe Accounts and the amount of your balances in fiat. You’ll be able to view them categorised as ‘Warm’, ‘Cold’ wallets or the two categories combined in ‘All’. Irrespective of which category viewed, you are able to sort your Safe Accounts in the following order:
- Account: Sort Safe Account by Name in alphabetical ascending/descending order
- Balance: Sort Safe Account with the highest/lowest balance in fiat
- Total %: Sort Safe Account with the highest/lowest percentage concentration of assets calculated in fiat
There will also be a column that represents the ability to deposit and/or withdraw digital assets to/from specific Safe Accounts.
Asset View
The Asset View is a consolidated overview of all your Enterprise’s assets and the amount of your balances in fiat. You’ll be able to view them categorised as ‘Tokens’ or ‘NFTs’. When viewing the Asset View for Tokens, you are able to sort your Digital Assets in the following ways:
- Token: Sort Tokens in alphabetical ascending/descending order
- Price: Sort Tokens based on the highest/lowest price
- Balance: Sort Tokens based on the highest/lowest price
There will also be a column that represents the ability to deposit and/or withdraw Digital Assets to/from your Enterprise. You will also be able to see the specific Network of a particular Token and if you have the same Token on different Networks, they will be listed there too.
It also serves as the command centre for account related actions such as Deposits and Withdrawals, which you will see on the left.
Drop-down Menu
When clicking the drop down menu on the top right, you’ll be able to see:
- Your assigned Enterprise(s)
- The preferred fiat currency which your balances are displayed in
- Settings
- Logout
Balance refers to the quantity of each asset currently held on your Hex Trust v2 account. This figure includes your Pending Incoming, Pending Outgoing and Frozen balances as well.
Pending Incoming refers to the transactions under network confirmation on the blockchain
Pending Outgoing refers to the transactions that are under processing
Frozen Balance refers to the transactions which require Hex Trust’s internal review
