Are my assets covered by insurance?

Hex Trust offers a comprehensive insurance policy at no additional cost to clients. Through our insurance partner, AON, we are able to provide aggregate coverage of up to USD 25 Million on All Vault types (Safe and Safe Plus).

Hex Trust' Specie insurance covers the following events:

• Physical loss of or physical damage to private keys caused by or resulting from fire, lightning, explosion, smoke, windstorm, hail, riot, civil commotion, aircraft or vehicle, impact, vandalism, sprinkler leakage, sinkhole collapse, volcanic action, falling objects, weight of snow ice, or sleet, water damage, flood, earthquake, tsunami or accidental and sudden electrical current that is artificially generated resulting in the loss of digital asset private keys; or
• Dishonest and/or fraudulent acts or dishonest and/or fraudulent omissions of Hex Trust  (whether acting alone or in collusion with others) in respect of private keys and/or authentication credentials.
