- Physical loss or physical damage caused by or resulting from fire, lightning, explosion, smoke, windstorm, hail, riot, civil commotion, aircraft, vehicles, vandalism, sprinkler leakage, sinkhole collapse, and volcanic action, falling objects; weight of snow, ice, or sleet; water damage, flood, and earthquake resulting in the loss of Cryptocurrency Private Keys; or
- Deliberate and dishonest acts of a Designated Custodian in respect of Cryptocurrency Private Keys provided that such loss or damage is discovered within 96 hours of its occurrence; and/or
- Theft of, or copying of, Cryptocurrency Private Keys by any person (other than a Designated Custodian) whilst physically present on such Designated Premises.
