Active Transactions Page

What is the Active Transactions Page

Active Transactions

The Active Transactions section is a consolidated overview of the current active transactions and any transactions which have occurred in the last 72 hours (Completed and/or failed). This provides you a timely view of your transactions, rather than the Transactions section which provides a complete history of all your transactions.

Starting from the top, you’re able to view active transactions which are categorised as:

  • Incoming: Transactions in which your Enterprise Safe Account is the recipient, this can be transfers from an internal Safe Account or an external wallet address.
  • Outgoing: Transactions in which your Enterprise Safe Account is the sender, these transfers can only originate within the Enterprise Safe Accounts.
  • Signature Request: Transactions which involve a Signature Request. A Signature Request is a method of authenticating transactions on the blockchain. It is a requirement to prove to validators of the network that a user is authorised to spend those funds, while also claiming the right to those funds so that other users aren’t able to spend them as their own.

Subsequently, you’re able to view recent Transactions categorised via their statuses. You will be able to view transactions in the following status categories:

  • All Transactions: A list of all transactions which occurred in the last 72 hours. If a transaction’s timestamp has lapsed 72 hours, it will be moved to the Transactions section.
  • Pending Approval: Transactions which are categorised as Pending Approval refers to transactions which require further action from the Approver user role. These are transactions that Approvers must either approve or reject, otherwise they will remain in this pending state.
  • Processing: Transactions which are categorised as Processing refer to transactions which are currently undergoing different stages of processing, there is no further action required on your end for these transactions.
  • Completed: Transactions which are categorised as Completed refer to transactions that have successfully gone through all necessary processes and been sent to the blockchain.
  • Failed: Transactions which have failed or were cancelled a user. This may impact the transfer of an asset. If you did not cancel a transaction, please reach out to the Customer Support Team for more information and further assistance.
